Bartender Position Available In Erie, Pennsylvania

Bartender St. Mary’s Auditorium Association 320 East 10th Street, Erie, PA 16503

Bartender Duties:

• Responsible for the setup, maintenance and operation of the assigned bar location.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and process payments using a POS system
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Monitor and manage inventory of bar supplies and ingredients
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food if needed
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food and beverages

Qualifications:

• at least 1 year of experience working in a Social Club
• 4+ years experience as a bartender
• Strong knowledge of different types of alcoholic beverages and shots
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Basic math skills for processing payments and managing inventory and handle cash transactions accurately
• Ability to lift up to 50lbs
• Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations in the hospitality industry
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong communication skills to effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and supervising staff
