The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively with kitchen staff will contribute to an outstanding guest experience.

High volume restaurant. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware and equipment. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Utilize Aloha POS or similar systems for processing orders and payments efficiently. Handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash register. Demonstrate excellent math skills for calculating drink prices and managing tabs. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in a nightclub or high-volume setting. Familiarity with OpenTable or similar reservation systems is a plus. Strong knowledge of food service operations and food safety practices is essential. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively while maintaining quality service. Sales skills are beneficial for upselling drinks or specials to enhance customer satisfaction.
