Position Overview:

Magic & Wonder Dinner Theater is seeking a charismatic and engaging Experiential Bartender to be part of the “show before the show.” This role goes beyond traditional bartending – we’re looking for someone who can create memorable, eye-catching, and fun drink experiences that add to the sense of wonder our guests enjoy. You’ll be preparing a limited menu of experiential drinks, designed to delight and amaze, while interacting with guests in a theatrical and entertaining manner. Responsibilities/Duties Prepare and serve a curated selection of interactive and visually captivating drinks. Engage with guests in a fun, theatrical, and welcoming way to enhance their pre-show experience. Use storytelling, flair bartending, or other interactive techniques to make drink preparation part of the entertainment. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar area. Work seamlessly with other team members to ensure a smooth and magical guest experience. Adhere to all safety and hygiene regulations. Handle cash and card transactions accurately. Qualifications/Skills Outgoing personality with a passion for creating fun and engaging guest experiences. Comfortable interacting with audiences and being part of an entertainment environment. Ability to learn and perform unique drink preparation techniques. Bartending experience is a plus but not required – training will be provided. Acting, performing, or public speaking experience is a plus but not required. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask and remain energetic in a fast-paced setting.
