Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage inventory by monitoring stock levels, ordering supplies as needed, and ensuring proper storage of all beverages. Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events or special functions as required. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure the health and safety of guests. Handle cash transactions accurately, utilizing basic math skills for processing payments. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with patrons. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory effectively. Knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation is a plus. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
