Opening shift is required to show up 30 minutes before opening time, all other shifts is 15 minutes prior to start time to ensure everything is ready for the shift and to ensure a smooth transition. Great social skills without personal issues affecting work abilities. Accurate accountability of all money. You are responsible for the correct count of your drawer. The ability to service customers accurately and quickly. The order of service priority is Drinks, Food, then Gambling. The understanding of mixed drinks – how to build, prepare and serve. Accurate accountability of gambling tickets. Accurate accountability of pay-ins and pay-outs of tickets. Proper handling of Daily/Weekly book procedures. Become Ramp Certified within 90 days of hire. Maintain Ramp Certification while employed. Always maintain keys and codes for the establishment. Stocking and maintaining the cooler. Ensuring the cooler remains clean. Ensuring that the hallway remains clean. Ensuring that the area behind the bar remains clean. When required, cleaning of the bar area and restrooms. Friday & Saturday closing shift, sweep and mop the outside of the bar area. When required, cleaning of the banquet area. Following the law regarding Last Call Procedures at the end of the night. Ensuring that all closing procedures are followed.
