Responsibilities Provide attentive and personalized service to all guests in a fine dining setting. Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all guest preferences are met. Serve food and beverages with knowledge of menu items and pairings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area throughout service. Assist with the setup and breakdown of bar areas before and after service. Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Requirements Previous experience as a mixologist in a fine dining or upscale restaurant is preferred. Strong knowledge of food handling practices and safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective guest interaction. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
