Bartender for Country Club Bluestone Country Club 711 Boehms Church Road, Blue Bell, PA 19422 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your ability to manage time effectively while working in a fine dining or nightclub setting will be essential to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Operate cash registers accurately, processing payments efficiently while adhering to food safety standards. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist with ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to food safety and alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to enhance the overall dining experience for guests. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and drink recipes. Familiarity with cash register operations and basic math skills for handling transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively while maintaining quality service. A background in hospitality is highly desirable, showcasing your ability to create memorable experiences for guests. Certification in food safety or responsible alcohol service is a plus.
