Role:
As a Bartender at Middle Child, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and serve a variety of beverages, ensuring that each drink meets our high standards of quality and presentation. You will also engage with customers, providing exceptional service and building rapport to enhance their dining experience. In addition to mixing drinks, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization at the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to the overall success of our establishment by fostering a positive environment that encourages repeat visits.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be at least 21 years of age. Previous bartending experience in a fast-paced environment. Ability to lift and carry heavy items, such as kegs and cases of beverages.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in bartending or mixology. Experience in fine dining establishments. Knowledge of craft cocktails and current beverage trends.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Engage with guests to provide exceptional service, taking drink orders and making recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible service practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure a seamless dining experience.
