Job Description Bartenders create a vibrant welcoming atmosphere, contributing to enhancing guest experience. They handle executing beverage recipes to company standard, register transactions, provide recommendations, and maintain the bar’s cleanliness along with their guests’ dining areas. Bartenders also monitor alcohol consumption, ensuring state law compliance. Requirements +
Certifications:

ServSafe Certified Qualifications:
Requires strong communication skills and proficiency in written and spoken English. Familiarity with our restaurant’s mission, software, menu details, and venue layout is essential.
Willingness to stand for long periods of time
Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
Scheduling:
Involves constant public contact. Work environment is subject to varying levels of high energy, loud noise, crowds and pace, which depends upon guest volume.
Work varied shifts to include weekends and holidays , Work may be performed in small areas, inside or outside throughout the year, varying conditions of temperature, lighting and air quality.
