• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Interact with customers, take orders, and provide recommendations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Handle cash transactions and operate a cash register
• Monitor customer behavior and ensure responsible alcohol consumption
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food and beverage orders “`Qualifications“`
• Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role preferred
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Proficient in operating a cash register and handling cash transactions
• Knowledge of brewing techniques, drink recipes, and mixology
• Strong math skills for calculating bills, making change, and managing inventory
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
• Ability to handle difficult situations with customers in a professional manner
• Experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems is a plus
• Understanding of retail math principles for pricing and sales We are looking for a skilled Bartender to join our team.
