The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating and serving beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Your ability to manage time effectively and handle cash transactions will be critical in delivering a seamless experience. Someone who is flexible enough to also work floor shifts and is responsible for managing a section of 5-8 tables effectively, is ideal. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage cash handling processes, including processing payments accurately using the POS system. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Assist with banquet services as needed, ensuring timely beverage service during events. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management for reordering. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage service. Skills Proven experience in bartending or a similar role within a restaurant or hospitality environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods. Basic math skills for cash handling and processing payments accurately. Familiarity with POS systems for order entry and payment processing. Knowledge of various drink recipes, including cocktails, wines, beers, and non-alcoholic beverages. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
