The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, crafting delicious drinks, and ensuring that every guest has an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods, particularly during banquets or special events. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, ensuring compliance with local laws and regulations. Assist in managing inventory by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Uphold high standards of hygiene and safety in accordance with food service regulations. Skills Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of various drink recipes, including cocktails, wines, and beers. Excellent communication skills to foster good guest relations and teamwork. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
