The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating craft cocktails and exceptional customer service skills. As a Bartender/Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving drinks, and ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable experience. Your role will also involve managing bar operations efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed to ensure the bar is well-stocked. Assist in staff training to ensure all team members are knowledgeable about drink preparation and service standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and manage banquet services when required. Utilize Aloha POS system for processing orders and payments efficiently. Monitor guest behavior to ensure compliance with legal drinking age regulations. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender/Mixologist. Strong customer service skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Experience in staff training and team management is a plus. Familiarity with banquet services and cooking techniques can enhance your effectiveness in this position.
