Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and supplies; assist with ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while serving drinks. Handle cash transactions accurately using Aloha POS system or similar point-of-sale systems. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and industry trends to enhance guest experiences. Experience Previous bartending experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and cocktail recipes is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently. Proven customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Familiarity with food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
