Responsibilities:
Craft classic and innovative cocktails with precision and artistry. Maintain an expert knowledge of our wine and spirits list. Provide upscale, attentive service with grace and professionalism. Collaborate with the bar and floor staff to deliver a seamless guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Uphold all food safety and alcohol regulations.
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of bartending experience in a fine dining or upscale hospitality environment. Strong mixology skills and deep knowledge of spirits, wine, and craft cocktails. Excellent communication, poise, and customer service skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.
