The ideal candidate will possess a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences in a high-end dining environment. As a Fine Dining Server, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall ambiance of our restaurant. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner, ensuring a positive dining experience from the moment they arrive. Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences while showcasing knowledge of food and beverage offerings. Serve food and beverages in an attentive and timely manner, ensuring adherence to food safety standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables promptly and efficiently. Build rapport with guests through excellent guest relations skills, addressing any concerns or special requests with professionalism. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service and timely delivery of meals. Utilize POS for order entry and reservation management effectively. Stay informed about menu changes, specials, and culinary trends to enhance guest interactions. Qualifications Previous experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent guest services skills with a focus on hospitality and creating memorable experiences. Knowledge of food safety practices and culinary terminology is essential. Familiarity point-of-sale systems is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
