Duties Maintains company standard operating procedures and processes. Frequently clean/wipe down bar area counters, furniture, and tabletops. Wash all glasses and bar accessories. Handle drink spills and broken glassware. Restock and replenish liquor, garnishes, and bar supplies. Change beer kegs. Ensure bar trash bins are frequently changed. Refill ice wells. Maintains food handling and sanitation standards. 2. Customer Experience Creates a great customer experience in all bar activities for on-site and off-site events.
