The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Your expertise in the food and beverage industry will contribute to creating memorable experiences for our patrons. Must be able to serve guest in the dinning room also. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink orders. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including food safety standards. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system; process payments efficiently. Assist in setting up for special events such as banquets or catering functions when required. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders when applicable. Provide recommendations on drink pairings and menu items to enhance guest experience. Qualifications Previous bartending experience preferred; knowledge of brewing techniques is a plus. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell beverages and menu items effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service. Familiarity with food safety practices within the food industry is essential. Exceptional hospitality skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters guest engagement. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
