The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Experience in fine dining, nightclubs, or banquet settings is preferred. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and standards. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning bottles. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and adhere to responsible serving practices. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a safe environment for both staff and patrons. Qualifications Previous bartending experience in fine dining, nightclub, or banquet settings is required. Strong knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry. Excellent communication skills with the ability to help guests feel welcome. Familiarity with Dinnerware POS system is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided.
