The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food and beverage industry, providing exceptional customer service while creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in a timely manner. Engage with customers to take drink orders, provide recommendations, and ensure an enjoyable experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure efficient service. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to maintain compliance with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. Upsell beverages and promote specials to enhance sales opportunities. Experience Previous experience in the food service or hospitality industry is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests. Familiarity with cash handling procedures and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Knowledge of drink recipes and mixology is an advantage but not required; training will be provided. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential qualities for success in this role.
