Work Eligibility:
United States work authorization required Applicants must be at least 21 years old to be able to serve and handle beer and wine. Brief job description We are looking for combination bartenders/servers who are willing and able to ensure our customers satisfaction while they dine at our establishment. Must be willing to set up the bar and dining room including prep and restocking to the managers specifications. Follow direction well but also work independently on side work and other daily tasks without being instructed to. Follow opening and closing procedures in an efficient and timely manner. You are the first person our guests see when they walk through the door and your ability to greet, accommodate and assist them throughout their time with us is crucial to creating a memorable and enjoyable experience for them.
Responsibilities and Requirements:
Always greet and interact with our guests in a professional but kind and friendly manner Ability to take and input orders for pick up over the phone or through our website Learn and maintain a thorough knowledge of our current food, beer and wine menu so that you may answer any questions or make suggestions to our guests Check guest’s identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age Serve any food or drinks ordered to our guests in a polite, friendly manner and be willing to assist with any other needs they may have at the time of delivery Ability to input and relay orders to kitchen through POS system and run food or beverage to our guest Follow any allergy or dietary related requests with care and always double check with the chef or manager that an item is safe for our guest to have. Accept payments at time of bill from our guests following proper cash or card handling procedures Clear tables sanitize and reset accordingly after guests have left Start and complete opening and closing procedures as well as daily side-work without being instructed to Restock and set up beverages and supplies as needed for each shift according to volume Ability to remain calm in various situations, use sound judgement and effectively solve problems Ability to work quickly, prioritize, and maintain service at multiple tables at a time Keep and maintain a safe, clean and sanitary work environment according to managers guidelines and appropriate health codes Welcome and acknowledge guests with disabilities and follow proper procedures to accommodate needs.
