Server Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all guests. Greet guests promptly and warmly, present menus, and explain daily features. Take accurate food and beverage orders, using our POS system efficiently. Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to any requests or concerns. Maintain a clean and organized dining area. Collaborate effectively with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Bartender Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area. Interact with guests in a friendly and professional manner, taking drink orders and making recommendations. Monitor guest alcohol consumption and adhere to all responsible service guidelines. Process payments accurately and efficiently. Assist with inventory management. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Collaborate effectively with server and kitchen staff. Qualifications for

Both Roles:

Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment is preferred. Strong knowledge of food and beverage (for servers, Italian wine & cuisine knowledge is a plus; for bartenders, cocktail knowledge and mixology skills are essential). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs. Flexibility to work evenings. Must be at least 18 years of age for servers and 21 years of age for bartenders, as required by law.
