Bartender Position Available In Charleston, South Carolina

Bartender The Peacock 213 East Bay Street, Charleston, SC 29401 We are currently seeking experienced bartenders to join our team . As a bartender, you will be responsible for crafting and serving a wide variety of beverages while providing exceptional customer service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including stocking supplies and cleaning glassware
• Interact with guests in a friendly and engaging manner, ensuring their needs are met
• Provide recommendations on drink pairings and offer suggestions based on guest preferences
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
• Collaborate with the kitchen and waitstaff to ensure smooth operation and timely service
• Stay up to date with industry trends and new beverage offerings

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a bartender in a fast-paced environment
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive guest experience
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized bar area
