Welcome to the role of Bartender ! As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing our guests with an exceptional experience by preparing and serving drinks, as well as providing friendly and courteous customer service. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area. If you have a passion for crafting delicious drinks, providing outstanding customer service, and upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism, then this is the role for you! Job Responsibilities Greet customers and take beverage orders. Check identification of customers to verify age requirements for alcoholic drinks. Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and other drinks. Serve wine, beer, and other beverages. Answer customer questions about menu items and beverages. Collect payment from customers. Restock workstations with supplies. Clean and organize the bar area. Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations. Perform opening and closing duties. Create drink specials and promote them. Recommend food and drink items to customers. Monitor customers for signs of intoxication. Maintain a complete knowledge of all menu items and drinks.

Requirements:

Must be at least 21 years of age Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time Knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Knowledge of beer, wine, and liquor Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends Ability to work well with a team Ability to take orders and process payments accurately Ability to upsell and suggest drink specials Ability to follow all safety and sanitation regulations
