As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests by crafting delicious beverages and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and answering questions about the menu. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Assist in setting up for events, including banquets, by preparing drinks and ensuring all necessary supplies are available. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly and adhere to all legal regulations regarding alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and beverages. Handle cash and perform basic math calculations for transactions. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; experience in the food industry or hospitality is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Familiarity with retail math and basic math skills for accurate cash handling. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere for guests.
