Position Overview:

As a Bartender at Catch 23, you’ll be the face of our bar program—crafting cocktails, pouring drinks, engaging with guests, and creating a fun, inviting vibe. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, knows their spirits, and is passionate about hospitality.

Pay:

$2.13/hour plus tips – high earning potential in a high-traffic, lively setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Mix, garnish, and serve cocktails and other beverages accurately and efficiently Deliver exceptional service and engage guests in a friendly, welcoming manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and bar area Check IDs and ensure responsible alcohol service at all times Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies Keep accurate tabs, handle payments, and operate the POS system Assist with opening, closing, and bar prep duties Stay up to date on drink menus, seasonal specials, and promotions Collaborate with barbacks, servers, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

Qualifications:

Must be 21+ years old Previous bartending experience required Knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, beer, and wine Strong communication and multitasking skills Energetic, positive attitude and professional appearance Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays Why Work at Catch 23?
