The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with experience in the food industry, particularly in nightclub or banquet settings. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving high-quality beverages and ensuring guest satisfaction. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, providing excellent customer service while taking drink orders and offering recommendations. Handle cash and process transactions using Aloha POS or similar systems accurately. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and other supplies; assist in ordering as needed. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations to maintain a safe environment for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to support banquet events or special functions as required. Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and new products to enhance the beverage menu. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry is preferred, especially in nightclub or banquet environments. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Knowledge of food safety practices and food handling regulations. Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
