SEASONED
server to provide an excellent guest experience, a server that also loves to bartend and would be able to pick up bar shifts Experience with both are required. Five year experience required, prefer fine dining and high volume experience. We are looking for a server that can also cross-train and be a backup bartender! Knowledge of both jobs is required. Responsibilities / Skills
Sell alcohol or non-alcohol beverages to restaurant patrons Interact with customers, take orders and serve appetizers and drinks Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations Knowledge of ingredients /prep of specialty and classic cocktails Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets the legal drinking age Strong food knowledge and food safety standards Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience Passion for food and fun! Resume and proven working experience as a server Excellent knowledge of wine, beer and alcohol (Must be comfortable with wine and wine service) Computer literacy Positive attitude and excellent communication skills Ability to keep the work area organized, stocked and clean POS – Toast Relevant training certificate (ServeSafe Alcohol Certification/ Servsafe Food Handlers Certification- we will reimburse you for the fee if you do not have one!)
