Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain an extensive knowledge of drink menus, including specialty cocktails, wines, and beers. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Operate the Aloha POS system efficiently to process orders and handle cash register transactions. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service practices. Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with supplies and ingredients. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders and ensure timely service. Manage time effectively to handle busy periods while maintaining high-quality service. Assist in training new staff members on bar procedures and drink preparation techniques. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or bartending is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques and beverage preparation methods is a plus. Familiarity with fine dining standards and hospitality best practices. Excellent math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively during busy shifts. Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable. A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work as part of a team are essential.
