Bartender Cafe Vincenzo’s 7710 North Kings Highway, Myrtle Beach, SC 29572 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at the bar. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and restocking supplies as needed. Handle cash transactions accurately using the POS system, including Aloha POS, ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Assist in the setup and breakdown of banquet events as required, ensuring all beverage needs are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and satisfaction of guest orders. Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively sell products to guests. Requirements Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in a fine dining or upscale environment. Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with guests. Knowledge of cocktail recipes and bartending techniques is essential. Experience with cash handling and familiarity with POS systems; Aloha POS experience is a plus. Ability to perform basic retail math for accurate order processing and inventory management. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor are crucial for guest interactions.
