Bartender Filet’s Restaurant 2120 Sea Mountain Highway, North Myrtle Beach, SC 29582 Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Engage with customers, taking orders, and providing recommendations based on their tastes. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and garnishes; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage service. Handle cash transactions accurately using the Aloha POS system; process payments efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during busy periods. Provide excellent hospitality by creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender in fine dining or high-volume restaurant settings is preferred. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques and beverage pairings. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is advantageous. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and calculating drink prices accurately. Experience in catering or retail environments is a plus, showcasing strong sales abilities and customer service skills.
