As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with patrons, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by interacting with guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, and supplies; assist in ordering when necessary. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Assist in setting up and breaking down bar areas for events or banquets as needed. Stay updated on drink trends and menu items to provide recommendations to customers. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Excellent time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during busy periods. Experience in banquet service is a plus, with the ability to work well under pressure during events. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry. Familiarity with brewing techniques is advantageous for crafting specialty drinks. Previous experience in hospitality or nightclub environments preferred. Proficiency in using Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is beneficial for order processing.
