Pool Bartender 10-6pm 2.8 2.8 out of 5 stars Myrtle Beach, SC 29572 Marina Inn at Grande Dunes The Pool Bartender primary responsibilities are serving food and beverage items to our guests. 1. Maintain the high standard of service during all meal periods. 2. Assisting in the coordination and interaction between the Pool Bar and Kitchen. 3. Report Pool Bar activities to Manager on a daily basis. 4. Train and become proficient in all aspects of bar operations, gaining a working knowledge of all bar standards and menu items. 5. Assist in training new team members. 6. Assisting other team members as needed. 7. Making inquiries to guests about level of food and service experienced. 8. Handling any complaints or problems and reporting them to the Manager. 9. Performing other duties as required. 10. Any other task, written or verbal, that is assigned by a Manager. Minimum Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
• Must be of legal age to prepare alcoholic beverages.
• Must have a minimum one year experience as bartender.
• TIPS training a plus but not required, will need to complete the company sponsored program within a month of hire date.
• Must be able to effectively communicate in the English language.
• Must be able to lift 30 pounds.
