Are you a skilled bartender who excels in fast-paced food and beverage environments w exceptional customer service is a must? We’d love to have you as a Bartender! In this role, you’ll provide top-tier beverage service to our guests and play an important role in creating memorable experiences for everyone at our resort.
This is a seasonal position. Employment dates begin as soon as 4/20/2025 and work through end of season on or around 9/30/2025. As a part-time, seasonal position, exact schedule and hours are varied based on the needs of the business and may fluctuate from one week to the next. For this role nights and weekends required.
Compensation
$6.50 / hour. Actual pay will vary based on a candidate’s skill, experience, education and/or location.
$500 Sign-On bonus paid out in two installments $250 after 30 days of employment and $250 after 90 days of employment.

What You’ll Do
Promptly greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Ensure orders are taken accurately andpletely
Offer ideas and suggestions to guests when ordering
Prepare bar area and supplies to ensure a successful shift
Respond appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensure total guest satisfaction
Resolve guest issues to resolution in effort to improve the guest experience and escalate any outstanding guest inquiries or concerns to management that may require additional monitoring or follow-up
Make appropriate service recovery rmendations
Promote teamwork and quality service through dailymunications and coordination with other departments
Other tasks as needed – because every day looks different in hospitality!
Skills and Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
6-12 months of Bartending or equivalent Food and Beverage experience
Excellentmunication skills.
Ability to give high priority to customer service.
Ability to solve problems with a minimum of supervision.
Basic office skills helpful including basic math, proper cash handling procedures.
Must be detail oriented.
Computer Skills and Knowledge
Ability to use basic cashier equipment
Basic knowledge of inventory and rotation of food and beverage
Work Environment and Physical Demands
Ability to use hands to finger, handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms
Ability to stand and walk for an extended period of time
Reach overhead and below the waist Regularly push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds
Occasionally lift or move up to 50 pounds Bend, stoop, squat, kneel, and twist The physical demands described are an example of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
