The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent guest relations skills, ensuring that every patron enjoys an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, providing top-notch service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere in our establishment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Engage with guests to provide outstanding service and build rapport, ensuring a memorable experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Upsell drinks and menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Handle cash and credit transactions accurately using Aloha POS or similar systems. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol responsibly, adhering to all legal guidelines regarding alcohol service. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and reporting needs to management. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred, with a strong background in food service or culinary arts being a plus. Demonstrated ability in guest services and hospitality, showcasing exceptional interpersonal skills. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods. A passion for mixology and knowledge of various drink recipes is highly desirable.
