Bartender/Server Stuffed Brunch 8602 Farrow Rd, Columbia, SC 29203 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for our guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting a variety of beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that all patrons receive prompt and friendly service in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers in accordance with standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible alcohol service and compliance with local laws. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service when applicable. Utilize Toast POS system for processing orders and managing transactions efficiently. Stay updated on drink trends, brewing techniques, and new menu items to enhance guest experience. Requirements Proven experience in bartending or food service Strong customer service skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the food industry. Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor towards guests and team members.
