• We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests by providing exceptional service and crafting delicious beverages. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Duties:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness of the bar area and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately and process payments using POS systems
• Monitor inventory levels and restock bar supplies as needed
• Collaborate with other staff members to ensure seamless service and customer satisfaction
• Create unique drink recipes and specials to enhance the customer experience

• Requirements:

• Proven experience in bartending or a related role
• Knowledge of retail math, basic math, and food handling practices
• Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems
• Understanding of food safety protocols and regulations
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Strong communication skills and customer service orientation
• Experience with banquet or event bartending is a plus
