The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced country club Pub environment. As a Bartender/Food Server, you will be responsible for, engaging with members and guests and ensuring efficient food and beverage service with a memorable customer experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar, outside patio and storage area. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring satisfaction with their orders. Operate cash registers and POS systems accurately for processing transactions. Assist in catering events as needed, showcasing excellent hospitality skills. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including responsible alcohol service. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or bartending is required. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and measuring ingredients. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous. Strong communication skills with a focus on customer service. Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks.
