Bartender Chickasaw Association 503 South Hogan Drive, Westminster, SC 29693 Overview The Overlook at Chickasaw Point, a beautiful clubhouse restaurant nestled in Westminster SC -is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our vibrant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing outstanding service to our patrons in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and making recommendations. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations while preparing drinks. Demonstrate strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods effectively. Qualifications Previous bartending experience is required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with banquet service is advantageous for catering events or large gatherings. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
