Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process orders and handle cash transactions accurately. Assist with inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and answering questions about the drink menu. Collaborate with kitchen staff during banquet events to ensure timely service. Uphold high standards of service in both fine dining settings and casual environments. Qualifications Previous bartending experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
