The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in the food and beverage industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with their experience. Handle cash register operations, including processing payments and managing cash handling procedures. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food orders during busy periods. Participate in promotional events or banquets as needed to enhance customer engagement and sales. Qualifications Previous experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of brewing techniques, cocktail recipes, and beverage pairings.
