The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring a memorable experience for our guests. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware Engage with customers, providing friendly and knowledgeable service while taking drink and food orders. Handle cash transactions accurately using a cash register or Toast POS system. Ensure compliance with food safety and alcohol service regulations. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food and drinks. Experience Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or high-volume establishment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Proficiency in math for accurate cash handling and drink measurements. Familiarity with catering services is a plus, enhancing your ability to support special events. Knowledge of food safety practices to maintain a safe drinking environment.
