As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while efficiently managing the bar area and providing high-quality beverages. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and handling cash accurately. Engage with customers, providing recommendations and ensuring a positive experience. Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, placing orders as necessary. Assist with banquet services or catering events as required. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure compliance with health standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when necessary. Skills Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple orders during peak hours. Knowledge of brewing techniques and various beverage types, including cocktails, wines, and beers. Proficiency in using POS systems for order processing and payment handling. Familiarity with retail math for managing inventory and sales reporting. Excellent customer service skills to create memorable experiences for guests. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in catering or banquet services is a plus.
