Full-time or Part-time | On-site RT Lodge is seeking a versatile and service-focused Bartender/Cocktail Server to join our hospitality team. This hybrid role involves both bartending and floor service, delivering exceptional beverage experiences in a variety of settings—from intimate cocktail hours to seated dinner service and large-scale events. Located in the heart of Maryville, TN, RT Lodge is a celebrated destination for elevated Southern hospitality, refined cuisine, and unforgettable gatherings. As we continue to grow—including the opening of a new spa and meeting house this fall—we are looking for passionate, detail-oriented professionals who bring energy, warmth, and dedication to each shift. Position Overview The Bartender/Cocktail Server is a hands-on role responsible for both crafting beverages behind the bar and providing floor service in guest-facing settings. This individual will assist with bar setup, event transitions, and breakdown, and must be comfortable switching between roles based on daily needs. The ideal candidate will lead with service, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and maintain a professional and collaborative demeanor at all times. Qualifications Minimum of 1 year bartending experience required Minimum of 2 years serving experience required Strong working knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktails ABC Card required Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays Exceptional multitasking, time management, and attention to detail Strong communication skills with a warm, guest-first attitude Dependable, punctual, and professional in both appearance and conduct Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Experience in both bar and table service environments preferred Key Responsibilities Set up and break down bar areas for daily service and special events Craft and serve cocktails, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and care Provide elevated beverage service during dinner, receptions, and group events Guide guests through drink selections with confidence and approachability Maintain clean, organized bar and service areas throughout the shift Transition fluidly between bar shifts and floor service as needed Ensure accurate handling of transactions and guest checkouts Consistently uphold RT Lodge’s hospitality and service standards Communicate effectively with culinary, service, and events teams Compensation & Benefits $16
