Good barbacks should be very organized and be highly efficient exceeding bartenders needs and expectations/

Duties:

• Maintain clean environment behind the bar
• Refill ice
• Restock liquor, beer and wine
• Replenish garnishes and batches
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations
• Change kegs

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a bartender in the food service or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of different types of alcohol
• Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory management
