• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers
• Take customer orders and provide recommendations based on their preferences
• Operate cash register and process payments accurately
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Monitor alcohol consumption and ensure responsible service
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Check identification to verify legal drinking age
• Adhere to all relevant health, safety, and sanitation guidelines Skills
• ABC Certification required
• Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes
• Experience using Cake POS or similar point-of-sale systems a plus
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Knowledge of brewing methods and beer styles is a plus
