The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, preparing and serving beverages, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Take drink orders from customers and provide recommendations based on their preferences. Manage the bar inventory, including ordering supplies as needed and keeping track of stock levels. Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Engage with customers in a friendly manner, ensuring their needs are met promptly. Assist in catering events as required, providing excellent service in various settings. Adhere to all health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage service. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing inventory. Experience in a restaurant or bar setting preferred, with knowledge of bartending techniques. Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods effectively. Familiarity with POS systems for processing orders and payments. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Sales skills to promote drink specials or upsell menu items when appropriate.
