What you’ll do (mostly this…other duties may be assigned): Engages with Bar patrons, creates and serves cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks. Monitors Bar stock inventory and requests replenishment of supplies as needed. Maintains cleanliness and follows OSHA standards for proper storage and handling of food and beverage items. Ensures collection of proper payment. What you should bring to the table: High School Diploma or Equivalent required 1-3 years relevant experience Demonstrated knowledge of barkeeping techniques to create commonly ordered drinks. Must be authorized to work in the United States. Must be able to maintain timeliness and attendance. Attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills. Strong communication skills.
