Full Job Description Job Summary:

Hyatt Place Nashville Airport is seeking a dynamic and versatile Bartender/Cook to join our team. This unique dual-role position is perfect for someone who enjoys the energy of the bar scene and has a passion for simple, delicious food. You’ll be responsible for crafting drinks, providing top-notch service to our guests, and preparing a variety of menu items from our bar food menu.

Key Responsibilities:

Bartender Duties:

Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean and organized bar area Monitor guest intoxication levels and ensure responsible alcohol service Handle cash, credit card transactions, and room charges accurately Provide exceptional guest service and create a welcoming atmosphere

Cooking Duties:

Prepare and cook food items from our bar food menu (e.g., flatbreads, burgers, wings, sandwiches) Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are upheld at all times Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and food prep areas Follow standardized recipes and portion control guidelines Assist with inventory and restocking as needed
