In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere while serving drinks and providing exceptional customer service. Your contributions will enhance the guest experience and uphold our commitment to quality. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and responding to their needs. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Handle cash transactions accurately, including operating the cash register. Assist in inventory management by tracking supplies and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service when applicable. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or in a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a friendly atmosphere. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and managing tabs. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Familiarity with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred.
